Job Description

Job title:
The Administration and Payroll Coordinator is responsible for performing routine and administrative tasks for processes like payroll, benefits, and personnel data, ensuring accuracy and efficiency, working under limited supervision. The role provides basic and administrative services related to personnel and payroll data, benefits administration, and talent administration, ensuring accuracy and compliance. The role engages in data and payroll processing, adhering to standard operating procedures, and addressing process improvement solutions to enhance efficiency. The role aids in ensuring timely responses to inquiries, helps to perform standard master data changes, and supports in LEAN process improvement activities, maintaining high standards of customer service and data accuracy.
 

Your role:

  • Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle transactions, including onboarding, offboarding, transfers, and internal movements, ensuring accuracy and timeliness

  • Maintain and update employee master data in Workday, as well as employee and compensation-related data in SAP / ADP systems, ensuring data integrity and compliance with company policies

  • Execute HR operations activities related to compensation and benefits, including one-time payments, annual bonus processing, and other payroll-related data updates (non-calculation scope)

  • Perform mass data updates and routine HR transactions in accordance with standard operating procedures, ensuring high levels of accuracy, data privacy, and compliance

  • Conduct regular data validation, audits, and quality checks to ensure consistency and reliability of HR data across systems

  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., Talent Acquisition, HRBPs, Payroll teams) to support smooth execution of HR processes and resolve data or process-related issues

  • Support a fully system-driven (100% online) People Operations environment, ensuring all processes are executed efficiently within Workday and related systems

  • Handle employee-related inquiries and support escalation resolution, ensuring timely, professional, and high-quality responses

  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and support continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., LEAN), aiming to enhance operational efficiency and streamline workflows

  • Support reporting activities, data extraction, and documentation management, ensuring proper maintenance of employee records and compliance with audit requirements

  • Assist in tracking system issues and enhancements, and support investigation and resolution of operational problems in collaboration with relevant teams

  • Provide administrative and operational support where required, while maintaining strict confidentiality of sensitive employee and company information


You're the right fit if:

1. Experience.

1–3 years of relevant working experience in HR-related functions, such as:

  • People Operations, SSC

  • Payroll

  • Talent Acquisition (TA)

  • HR Generalist


2. Skills.

  • English is the primary working language, work effectively in English (written and spoken)

  • Strong Excel skills (essential for data checking and reporting)

  • High attention to detail and accuracy

  • Solid understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle

  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, data-driven environment

  • Hands-on experience with Workday/SAP is a strong advantage


3. Education.

  • Bachelor’s degree or above


4. Anything else.

This is a data-intensive role requiring both accuracy and HR domain understanding

Candidates should be comfortable balancing operational execution with cross-team collaboration
