People Operations Coordinator

This role will be hired as a temporary for 6 months

What you will do
1. Provide administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing files.
2. Maintain and organize HR documents, records, and databases accurately and confidentially.
3. Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing paperwork and coordinating orientation sessions.
4. Support the recruitment process by posting job vacancies, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidate.
5. Ensure accuracy and completeness of employee records, including personal information, employment history, and benefits enrolment.
6. Coordinate training sessions and workshops for employees, including scheduling trainers, booking venues, and tracking attendance.
7. Generate basic HR reports and data summaries as requested by HR management or other stakeholders.
8. Support HR compliance efforts by ensuring adherence to relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
9. Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and provide assistance with HR-related questions or issues.


You will be a great fit if you have:
- Education: Secondary education or equivalent.

- Experience: One (1) year experience in HR or related fields.
