  • You’ll ensure all deductions, taxes, and pension contributions are processed and remitted accurately and within deadlines
  • You’ll respond promptly and effectively to employee and manager payroll queries
  • You’ll support audits and provide accurate documentation as required
  • You’ll partner with people business partners on pay and benefits-related activities
  • You’ll contribute to the development and continuous improvement of people operations and payroll processes and workflows
  • You’ll provide accurate and timely payroll and people data to group stakeholders
  • You’ll maintain documentation of payroll transactions, employee records, and statutory filings, including archiving in line with retention policies
  • You’ll manage day-to-day administration of employee benefits programmes, including enrolments, changes, and system updates
  • You’ll coordinate benefits enrolment periods, including employee communications and education
  • You’ll identify and implement opportunities for process improvements and automation

What skills and experience you’ll bring on this journey:

  • You’ll have strong experience managing end-to-end payroll in Ireland, and ideally either the UK or continental Europe
  • You’ll have strong, up-to-date knowledge of tax regulations and employment legislation
  • You’ll have experience with payroll systems (Deel experience is a plus)
  • You’ll bring proven experience working across payroll and benefits processes and systems
  • You’ll have experience producing payroll-related statutory reporting to external bodies
  • You’ll demonstrate exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • You’ll be highly organised, proactive, and able to manage competing deadlines
  • You’ll have strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills
  • You’ll communicate clearly and confidently with stakeholders at all levels
  • You’ll apply a logical, analytical approach to problem solving and continuous improvement
