So, what's the job?
We're looking for a sharp, detail-oriented People Operations professional who owns the systems, processes, and data that make our people function run seamlessly - from the employee lifecycle to organizational surveys and everything in between. What You'll Do:
- Own the day-to-day HR operations end-to-end: onboarding, offboarding, employment documentation, and lifecycle processes across BambooHR
- Design, launch, and analyze employee surveys (engagement, pulse, eNPS) - and turn the data into clear, actionable insights for leadership
- Manage compensation & benefits administration, including coordinating with vendors, tracking changes, and ensuring accuracy across systems
- Work closely with the VP People on sensitive, confidential employee matters - being a trusted partner who handles delicate situations with professionalism and sound judgment
- Identify opportunities to improve existing HR processes and own them end-to-end - from diagnosis to execution
- Leverage AI tools to automate and streamline HR workflows, documentation, and reporting
- Maintain HR data hygiene and build dashboards and reports that help leadership make informed people decisions
- Coordinate with finance, legal, and external vendors to ensure seamless HR operations
Who We're Looking For:
- 3β5 years of experience in HR Operations, People Ops, or a similar role - ideally in a tech/startup environment
- Hands-on experience with BambooHR or a similar HRIS platform
- Strong data orientation - comfortable running survey analyses, building reports, and deriving insights from people data
- A natural self-starter who doesn't wait to be told what to do - you spot a process gap and you fix it
- Deeply discreet and trustworthy, with strong emotional intelligence and professional judgment when handling sensitive information
- Comfortable and curious with AI tools - you actively look for ways to work smarter
- High proficiency in English and Hebrew, written and verbal
- Highly organized, detail-obsessed, and calm under pressure
