Responsibilities1. HDL & Bulk Transactions
- Execute bulk transactions using HDL (HCM Data Loader)
- Validate, upload, and troubleshoot data files
- Maintain audit logs and ensure zero data errors
2. System Enhancements (AMC Coordination)
- Coordinate with AMC partner for enhancements & bug fixes
- Raise, track, and validate incidents within SLA
- Support UAT and production deployment
3. Data Migration & Acquisition Support
- Manage historical data migration during M&A / transitions
- Ensure data validation, mapping, and integrity
- Coordinate with IT, vendor, and BU teams
4. Integration Support
- Monitor integrations with:
- Ticketing tools
- Payroll systems
- Recruitment Tool & other HR platforms
- Troubleshoot failures and ensure seamless data flow
QualificationsQualification: Graduate - Preferably IT Graduate
Experience
- Minimum 5 years in Oracle Fusion / HR systems implementation
- Exposure to integrations & data migration preferred
