About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and people-focused People Experience & Relations Officer to help create an exceptional workplace experience. You will be the go-to partner for our employees, supporting engagement, retention, and smooth HR processes across the employee lifecycle.



Key Responsibilities:

Employee Relations: Be the first point of contact for employee questions, concerns, or
complaints, addressing them promptly and professionally.
Conflict Resolution: Assist the HR Team Leader in mediating disputes and resolving
workplace conflicts in a fair and respectful way.
Onboarding & Check-Ins:

     ○ Conduct weekly check-ins with new hires to help them integrate into our culture and perform at their best.
     ○ Run 1-month and 3-month check-ins to gauge satisfaction and identify any early challenges.
Offboarding: Ensure all exiting employees, contractors, and staff are offboarded properly. This
includes exit interviews, timely coordination with payroll for final pay, and gathering feedback to
improve the employee experience.
Investigations: Conduct workplace investigations into incidents or allegations of misconduct
with discretion and fairness.
Performance Support: Assist with performance reviews and provide actionable feedback.
Training & Development: Identify learning needs and coordinate relevant training programs
for employees, contractors, and interns.
Compliance: Ensure HR practices align with employment laws, company policies, and
regulations.
Leave & Attendance Management: Monitor leave and attendance, ensuring consistency and
compliance across teams.


Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related
field.
• At least 1-2 years of HR experience, preferably focused on employee relations, engagement,
or people experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable talking to staff at all levels.
• Strong problem-solving, conflict resolution, and mediation skills, with the ability to handle
sensitive situations professionally.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations, including Fair Work Australia, and compliance
standards.
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities while following through on HR processes.
