Role Purpose
The P&C Business Partner will provide practical, hands-on people support across the employee lifecycle while partnering with leaders to deliver people initiatives that support operational performance, employee experience, and business outcomes for France.
This role has a strong operational focus, ensuring core P&C processes are delivered accurately, consistently, and in line with French employment law, while also acting as a trusted business partner to managers on workforce planning, performance, retention, employee relations, and organisational change across France and other European regions as required.
Requirements
- Experience in a generalist HR role within France.
- Strong knowledge of French labour law and employee relations processes.
- Proven experience managing end to end recruitment.
- Confidence handling ER cases independently.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Fluent French and professional English.
- Pragmatic, hands-on, and solutions-focused.
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills.
- High attention to detail and organisational skills.
