DOCOsoft is seeking a motivated and curious People & Culture Coordinator (Graduate) to join our team. Reporting to the Head of People and Culture, this role will support the delivery of core People & Culture activities across the employee lifecycle, while gaining exposure to areas such as recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and organisational development.
This is a development role designed to build strong foundational HR capability, working as part of the People & Culture team across People Operations, Talent Acquisition, and Business Partnering activities.
