About the Role
As our People & Culture Coordinator (systems & administration focussed), you’ll play a key role in shaping the team member experience at The Commons. This role focuses on bringing structure and clarity to our HR operations ensuring systems run smoothly and supporting a thriving, people-first culture.
Reporting to the People & Culture Manager, you’ll be instrumental in implementing and maintaining our HRIS, supporting compliance and administrative processes, and enhancing the everyday experience for our team members. You’ll collaborate across departments to support operational excellence and drive continuous improvement.
