Position Summary

Job Summary

The People & Culture Coordinator will serve as a key driver of our talent strategy and organizational excellence. This individual will support the full talent acquisition lifecycle, from sourcing top-tier candidates to delivering exceptional onboarding experiences that set new hires up for success. Beyond talent management, this role requires a versatile professional who can seamlessly transition between strategic HR initiatives and high-impact administrative projects. The successful candidate will leverage technology and data-driven insights to optimize processes, enhance employee experiences, and support organizational growth through innovative people and operational solutions.

 

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field or currently pursuing a degree program
  • 1-3 years of experience in talent acquisition, HR operations, or project management
  • Proven track record of successfully managing multiple complex projects simultaneously
  • Advanced proficiency in HRIS systems, ATS platforms, and project management software
  • Strong technical aptitude with ability to quickly learn new systems and technologies
  • Exceptional attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting tools

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Professional certification in HR (PHR, SHRM-CP) or Project Management (PMP, Agile)
  • Experience with process improvement or operational excellence
  • Knowledge of employment law and HR compliance requirements
  • Experience supporting executive-level administrative functions
  • Working knowledge of Paycom

 

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive salary commensurate with experience: $40,000 – $46,000
