Job Overview
Our team is looking for a people-first HR Lead who thrives on building a positive, connected, and high-performing workplace. This role combines strategic HR leadership with hands-on cultural engagement — from organizing company events and promoting culture to developing HR systems that help people and teams thrive.
Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and lead company events, team-building activities, and culture initiatives.
- Serve as the spokesperson and culture ambassador, fostering open communication and employee engagement.
- Develop and implement HR processes, policies, and performance review frameworks that support growth and accountability.
- Collaborate with leadership to promote company culture through recognition, feedback, and employee development programs.
- Oversee scheduling and coordination for internal activities, trainings, and HR-related events.
- Lead with empathy — act as a trusted advisor and advocate for employees across all levels.
- Introduce new ideas and creative initiatives to enhance workplace culture and employee satisfaction.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of HR or people operations experience, ideally in a fast-paced or growing organization.
- Experience supporting a U.S.-based company is required; familiarity with California labor and tax laws is strongly preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; approachable, empathetic, and solution-oriented.
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
- Passionate about building culture and creating meaningful employee experiences.
- Must have the proper work equipment (laptop or desktop) and stable fast internet connection
- Experience working during PST hours is strongly preferred
- Experience working for an US based company preferred
