Payroll Experienced Consultant - LX/OPO

The role
- Analysis of information related to monthly variables
- Introduction of monthly variables into the payroll processing ERP
- Issuance and analysis of payslips
- Preparation and submission of monthly obligations
- Admission and termination of employees in Social Security and Compensation Funds
- Calculation of final accounts
- Preparation of Annual Reports and Income Declarations
- Preparation of Surveys related to payroll processing
- Perform a first level review of all the above tasks
Your profile
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Management or similar
- Up to 4 years of professional experience
- Proficiency in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel and PowerPoint)
- Aptitude for digital tools
- Communication skills and results orientation
- Interpersonal relationship skills and empathy
- Rigour, method, and attention to detail
- Resilience, adaptability, and flexibility
