Part Time - People & Culture Assistant

This is an exciting opportunity to join the People & Culture team at ESV as an Assistant working with leading HR professionals supporting a dynamic and growing business. 

We are looking for someone looking to work 15 - 20 hours per week ideally with a minimum of 3 days in the office with flexible hours

The People & Culture Assistant will work closely with the P&C manager and broader P&C team to support the administration of  ESV’s people and Culture Strategy and support the administration of day-to day operations.

The P&C Assistant focus will be to  P&C administrative support in all  areas of the P&C function and employee lifecycle.

The role will perform all core P&C administrative tasks and support various P&C and firm projects.

Experience

• Prior experience in administration or client service roles will be highly regarded
• Strong interest in building a career in People & Culture and Recruitment.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and always maintain a high level of confidentiality.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with a high level of attention to detail and an ability to meet deadlines.
• Capacity to work well under pressure, manage competing priorities, and collaborate with multiple stakeholders.
• If currently at university, studying a Human Resources or related degree
