We are urgently recruiting Operations Customer Experts to support a major digital banking operation for the English market. This role is ideal for professionals with experience in financial services who want to develop their career internationally while benefiting from a complete relocation package to Portugal.
Role Overview
As an Operations Customer Expert, you will be the first point of contact for customers via phone, email and chat, ensuring fast, accurate and empathetic support. Responsibilities include:
- Resolving customer enquiries with a focus on first‑contact resolution
- Managing complex cases end‑to‑end
- Supporting fraud investigations, disputes and chargebacks
- Handling complaints with fairness and attention to detail
- Identifying and supporting vulnerable customers
- Contributing to team development through coaching and feedback
- Adapting to evolving business needs and working across multiple systems
Eligibility Requirements
To be considered for this role, candidates must have:

C1/C2 level English, and
- A minimum of 12 months of experience in banking, financial services or insurance in Ireland
Key Skills

Relocation Package — Fully Covered
A complete relocation programme is provided, including:

Salary Conditions
The monthly gross package ranges approximately between €1,256 and €1,448, depending on whether accommodation is included.
Additional components include:
- Monthly instalments of holiday and Christmas bonuses
- Meal allowance (€7/day)
- Productivity bonus up to €300/month
- Private health and dental insurance after contract signature
- Benefit‑in‑kind accommodation declared for tax purposes but tax‑free until 31 December 2026
Working Conditions
- 40h/week, rotating shifts (24/7)
- 8h/day + 1h lunch break
- 22 days of annual leave + compensation days for public holidays worked
