We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and service-oriented Office Manager & Employee Experience to join our team.

The position is based at the front desk, serving as the first point of contact for employees, guests, and external partners, while also playing a key role in shaping a positive and engaging employee experience.


Key Responsibilities

Office Management

  • Manage day-to-day office operations and ensure a smooth and efficient work environment
  • Serve as the front desk point of contact, welcoming guests and handling incoming communications
  • Work closely with vendors and service providers (facilities, cleaning, supplies, etc.)
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory
  • Coordinate meetings, events, and company activities
  • Ensure office maintenance, organization, and overall workplace experience


Employee Experience

  • Own and enhance the end-to-end employee experience, from onboarding to daily engagement
  • Support onboarding processes, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for new hires
  • Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives (events, celebrations, wellbeing activities)
  • Act as a point of contact for employee needs, creating a supportive and responsive environment
  • Identify opportunities to improve employee satisfaction, culture, and workplace atmosphere
  • Partner with HR to implement initiatives related to employee engagement and retention




  • 1–2 years of experience as an Office Manager / Administrative Assistant or similar role
  • Experience working with vendors and service providers
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills in Hebrew and English
  • High level of service orientation and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize, manage time effectively, and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proactive, responsible, and solution-oriented mindset

Nice to Have

  • Experience supporting senior management / executives
  • Experience in a startup or dynamic environment
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, Slack, etc.
