Description
We're looking for an Office Manager & Employee Experience to own the day-to-day experience at Elsight, making sure the environment truly supports how people work, collaborate, and feel. This is not a role for just managing supplies and booking meeting rooms - it's a role for owning the full physical and emotional experience of every employee at Elsight, from their first day to their last. You'll keep the office running smoothly, create meaningful employee moments with a focus on real value over surface-level “show,” and ensure that every Elsight employee, whether they sit in Ramat Gan or work remotely from abroad, feels genuinely connected to what we're building here. This is an early-career role for someone with strong ownership instincts, and a genuine passion for people and culture. You'll work directly with the HR Director and have a real impact from day one.
Who are we?
Elsight is building the backbone of uncrewed systems. Our Halo platform is evolving from mission-critical connectivity to a broader uncrewed enablement platform, combining secure connectivity, positioning, video, and autonomy support into a single unified solution. We operate at the intersection of hardware, software, and cloud, enabling uncrewed platforms to complete missions reliably even in contested, remote, or GNSS-denied environments. Our technology is already deployed globally in real operational use cases, trusted by demanding customers where performance and resilience matter most. We’re a fast-growing, execution-driven team that values ownership, clarity, and professionalism. We work in a hybrid model from our office in Ramat Gan, right by the train lines.
You will…
-
Own the office. Run the day-to-day operations of the Elsight office: supplies, facilities, vendors, food and beverages, maintenance, access, and parking. Manage vendor relationships and the office budget. Anticipate what the office needs before it becomes a problem - proactive, not reactive
-
Coordinate business travel. Arrange flights, hotels, and ground transportation for business trips across the team. Manage travel logistics end-to-end, so that every trip runs smoothly and employees can focus on the work, not the logistics. Occasionally support scheduling for business meetings.
-
Prioritize meaningful, value-driven content over surface-level “show”, designing employee experiences that create real impact, continuously introducing fresh ideas based on employee needs and close collaboration with HR.
-
Administer welfare & benefits. Own the employee benefits day-to-day and manage the welfare budget for life events: birthdays, births, marriages, bereavement, and holiday packages.
-
Create employee experience moments. Plan and execute team events - happy hours, quarterly activities, holiday celebrations, and company off-sites, while ensuring each initiative delivers real value and resonates with employee needs.
-
Bring onboarding to life - operations track. Own the operational side of every new hire's arrival: equipment setup, system access, workspace preparation, and day-one logistics. Coordinate with the HR team to ensure nothing falls through the cracks. Ensure every new hire's first day is smooth, warm, and well-prepared - first impressions are lasting ones.
-
Connect our global employees. Create and maintain meaningful touchpoints for employees working outside the Israel office. Ensure remote and international employees feel equally part of Elsight's culture and milestones, not observers from the outside.
Apply if you have…
-
Alignment with our values and purpose: You embody ownership, excellence, teamwork, passion, communication, and innovation, and want your work to make a meaningful difference.
-
1–3 years of experience in any role where you took ownership over a team, group, or environment -whether in office management, a youth movement, or a similar setting - demonstrating a proactive approach by identifying needs early and adapting solutions accordingly.
-
Genuine care for people. You notice when someone needs something before they ask, and you take pride in the details that make a difference.
-
Strong organizational skills. You can manage multiple things at once without dropping the ball, and you bring structure to wherever you work.
-
Proactive, ownership-driven mindset. You don't wait to be asked; you see what needs doing and you do it.
- Full fluency in Hebrew and English, both spoken and written, with a clear, polished, and professional communication style that consistently reflects the company’s standards.
-
The ability to leverage AI tools and technological solutions to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and support day-to-day operations, with a proactive approach to learning and adopting new tools.
