About the job

Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day office operations and provide administrative support to ensure smooth and efficient workflows
  • Manage CEO calendar, meetings, and conference room logistics
  • Makes travel arrangements for staff such as booking flights, cars, and hotel or restaurant reservations
  • Support employees with administrative tasks and promptly address their inquiries and office needs to enhance their experience
  • Oversee the employee onboarding/ Offboarding process and implement welfare plans
  • Coordinate logistics and administrative requirements for ongoing projects and team-building activities
  • Share responsibility with the IT Manager for equipment maintenance, Ensure physical and environmental security in the workplace
  • Execute employee engagement programs and events to nurture a positive work environment
  • Happy hours: Weekly and special occasions
  • Plan and execute the company’s annual event, team-building activities, and well-being initiatives, including workshops and company events

About You

  • Experience in Office Management, Operations, or Employee Welfare roles
  • Possess a people-centric, hands-on work style
  • Proactive and able to work independently
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities
  • Ability to manage and track progress effectively
  • Proficiency in English at a high level
  • Strong attention to details
  • Experience in a global company is advantage
