The role
As an Organisation Design & Workforce Planning Partner you will partner closely with leaders, executives and People Partners to shape a future‑ready workforce. You will be responsible for analysing workforce and business data to identify critical skills, emerging priorities and capability gaps, and translate these insights into practical, future‑focused workforce plans and initiatives. A key focus of this role involves developing frameworks, toolkits and processes that strengthen talent management, and capability development across the organisation. Additionally, you will design and deliver strategic HR projects aligned to the Departments workforce strategy.
This position requires someone who thrives in complex, fast‑moving environments and can confidently navigate ambiguity while supporting multiple initiatives. You will be responsible for leading and supporting change management planning to ensure workforce changes are understood, adopted and embedded. Candidates with strong stakeholder engagement skills, strategic thinking capability, and experience conducting functional reviews, data analysis and organisational redesign will thrive in this role.
