Job Description

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Support the execution of the employee experience strategy in alignment with the bank’s culture and values.

  • Assist in implementing key people initiatives and engagement activities.

  • Coordinate communication efforts across various platforms to promote our culture and employee value proposition.

  • Help measure and assess employee experience and engagement through surveys and focus groups.

  • Analyze employee feedback and contribute ideas and solutions that drive engagement.

  • Participate in selected group-wide HR projects for exposure and development.

Desired Profile:We are looking for a proactive and purpose-driven individual who enjoys making a meaningful impact and collaborating with others. The ideal candidate should have:

  • A degree or equivalent relevant experience.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work with internal stakeholders.

  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to interpret data and propose solutions.

  • Good organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.

  • Experience in project coordination or HR initiatives.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Experience in employer branding or communications is a plus.
