Manager, Workforce Planning and Analytics
The Workforce Planning Manager leads the design, implementation and continuous improvement of workforce planning processes. Responsibilities include producing accurate demand and supply forecasts, developing capacity models and presenting recommendations to senior stakeholders to inform hiring, redeployment, compensation and talent development decisions.
Major Responsibilities
- Develop and execute workforce planning strategies, including demand forecasting, headcount planning, scenario modelling, and workforce scheduling to ensure optimal staffing aligned with business objectives.
- Lead workforce analytics by monitoring key workforce metrics, identifying trends, and providing data-driven insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
- Manage the talent acquisition planning process, aligning recruitment activities, workforce pipelines, and job evaluation initiatives with forecasted business and workforce requirements.
- Oversee employee compensation administration and people cost planning, including salary governance, budgeting (AOP/Forecasts), and compliance with statutory and organizational requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement, automation, and optimization of HR systems and processes, ensuring data integrity, system effectiveness, security, and an enhanced employee experience.
- Partner with business leaders, HR, and Finance to implement workforce governance, resource planning, reporting, and initiatives that improve workforce utilisation, operational efficiency, and cost effectiveness.
Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor degree in Human Resources, Business, Economics, Statistics or related discipline, or equivalent experience.

Minimum of five years’ experience in workforce planning, resourcing or workforce analytics.
- Experience managing Data Quality operations that standardize data definitions, and maintenance processes, and align with quality metrics
- Proficient Microsoft Office skills (e.g., Power BI, PowerPoint, Excel, OneNote, Word, Teams)
- Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and SQL is required
