We are looking for a Manager – People & Culture who will be a strategic partner to our business and leadership teams, driving an exceptional employee experience, culture transformation, and operational excellence.
This role is for someone who believes great cultures don’t just happen — they are intentionally built, nurtured, and sustained.
What will you do every day?
Partner with business and functional leaders to align people strategies with organizational goals, ensuring HR plays a pivotal role in driving business success.
Lead and execute the performance management cycle, from goal setting and calibration to feedback and development.
Drive employee engagement and culture-building initiatives that foster inclusion, collaboration, and recognition across the organization.
Champion learning and development initiatives, identifying skill gaps and supporting the creation of programs that empower Haptikans to grow.
Oversee HR operations, ensuring smooth execution of onboarding, exits, HRIS, compliance, and data management.
Continuously review and enhance policies and processes to ensure fairness, consistency, and scalability.
Drive people analytics and insights to inform decisions on engagement, retention, and workforce health.
Act as a culture custodian, ensuring our values are lived through every touchpoint of the employee journey.
Ok, you're sold, but what are we looking for in the perfect candidate?
You bring 5 - 10 years of experience in Human Resources, with strong exposure to HR Business Partnering and HR Operations in fast-paced, evolving organizations.
You’ve successfully led initiatives in performance management, talent development, engagement, and organizational design.
You thrive on building relationships — your stakeholders trust your judgment, and your teams value your empathy and fairness.
You have experience managing end-to-end HR operations, with a strong eye for process improvement and compliance.
You are data-driven, using insights to influence leadership decisions and measure impact.
You bring a growth mindset and a genuine passion for creating a culture where people feel inspired, valued, and empowered.
Experience in technology or high-growth digital organizations will be a strong plus.
