We are seeking a Manager – People & Culture to lead and elevate the employee experience across our organization. This role focuses on driving end-to-end HR operations, enhancing employee engagement, and partnering with leadership to foster a high-performing, inclusive, and values-driven workplace. You will oversee core HR processes while embedding organizational culture into every stage of the employee lifecycle—from recruitment and onboarding to development, retention, and offboarding.
This role requires a proactive, empathetic, and data-driven HR professional who can balance operational excellence with strategic insights to support business growth and employee satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
People Operations & Employee Lifecycle
Manage full-cycle recruitment and onboarding, ensuring seamless integration of new hires and alignment with business needs.
Drive performance management processes, including goal-setting, probation reviews, and annual appraisals, ensuring consistency, compliance, and fairness.
Oversee exit processes, ensuring smooth knowledge transfer, accurate documentation, and compliance with statutory and organizational requirements.
Employee Engagement & Relations
Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries, concerns, and grievances, providing timely resolution and appropriate escalation.
Partner with leadership to design and execute employee engagement initiatives that strengthen morale, collaboration, and retention.
Monitor employee sentiment, gather feedback, and recommend targeted interventions to enhance workplace culture.
Learning, Development & Culture
Support Learning & Development programs that align with organizational goals and individual growth needs.
Promote organizational values in day-to-day HR practices, fostering a cohesive and inclusive culture.
Champion initiatives that drive continuous employee development and organizational learning.
HR Compliance & Governance
Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, internal policies, and industry standards, including POSH, labor laws, and data privacy requirements.
Maintain accurate HR records, HRIS data, and reporting dashboards to support governance and decision-making.
Analytics & Stakeholder Partnership
Leverage HR metrics to identify trends, generate insights, and recommend actionable strategies to senior management.
Act as a trusted partner to business leaders, advising on people-related strategies, process improvements, and workforce planning.
Drive continuous improvement of HR programs, processes, and employee experience initiatives.
