Job Description:

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday

  • Develop and implement retention strategies by analyzing turnover trends, conducting exit interviews, and improving employee satisfaction and engagement.
  • Partner with facility leadership to reduce leadership turnover through targeted training, coaching, and retention initiatives.
  • Lead leadership development by designing and delivering training programs, workshops, mentorship, and continuous learning opportunities.
  • Drive strategic planning and organizational effectiveness by anticipating challenges, addressing obstacles, making informed decisions, and leading change initiatives.
  • Ensure high-quality execution by managing priorities, maintaining accuracy and attention to detail, meeting commitments, and providing performance feedback to achieve organizational objectives.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Knowledge of adult learning styles and training strategy, group process facilitation, and delivery [Required]
• Knowledge of instructional design theory and implementation [Required]
• Experience designing, implementing, and managing traditional and modern training methods and techniques [Required]
• Knowledge of learning management systems and web delivery tools [Required]
• Ability to complete full training cycle (assess needs, plan, develop, coordinate, monitor and evaluate) [Required]
• Strong written and verbal communications skills [Required]
• Microsoft Office suite experience with advanced PowerPoint and Word skills [Required]

Education:
• Bachelor's [Required]

Field of Study:
• in education or business discipline

Work Experience:
• 3+ internal consultation and corporate training experience working with senior managers utilizing the skills and knowledge described above to improve work groups, teams and organizations [Required]
• 3+ training and training design experience in a professional environment (healthcare preferred) [Required]

• 3+ human resources or organizational development experience which included training, team leadership and management experience in the healthcare industry [Preferred]

Pay Range:

$69,563.22 - $129,389.27
