A DAY IN THE LIFE

  • The Talent Sourcing & Employer Branding Manager leads enterprise-wide strategies to attract top talent through proactive sourcing and compelling employer brand initiatives.
  • This role manages a centralized sourcing function, partners with leaders across the organization, and leverages data-driven insights to optimize talent pipelines.
  • As a member of the Talent Acquisition leadership team, the manager drives innovation in recruitment marketing, develops team capabilities, and ensures alignment with organizational talent goals.
  • Develops and executes innovative sourcing strategies to attract passive and active candidates for key roles across departments.
  • Builds and manages a centralized sourcing function to support hiring across various business segments and levels, including executive, corporate and field/operational roles.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related discipline; or equivalent combinations of education and human resources experience required.
  • 7 or more years of experience in talent acquisition with a focus on sourcing, employer branding, and/or recruitment marketing.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience leading a team or managing direct reports.

$119,294.00 - $172,976.00 Individual Compensation to be determined based on the applicant's applicable experience and qualifications balanced against internal equity.
