Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and organized Learning & Talent Development (L&TD) Coordinator to join our People Team! This role focuses primarily on supporting the content development, delivery, and logistics of company-wide learning and talent development initiatives while also providing general HR coordination and administrative support. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, collaborative, and capable of managing multiple tasks across L&TD and HR functions. This role will assist in developing new employees' skills and capabilities, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience, and facilitating various HR projects.

Working Conditions/Physical Demands: This role is primarily office-based, with typical office work involving sedentary tasks and occasional lifting (up to 10 pounds).
