We are seeking a dynamic and tech-savvy Learning & Engagement Associate to support building technical capabilities and skills for the Onit India team through learning and development programming. This role sits at the intersection of Talent Development and Employee Experience and is ideal for someone passionate about building a culture of continuous learning and strong community within a highly technical organization.
In this role, you will help identify development needs, coordinate and deliver learning experiences for our software engineering teams, and support employee engagement and onboarding programs. You will be a key partner in helping create a positive, connected, and growth-focused experience for associates in the India office.

Key Responsibilities

    • Learning & Development Support
    • Support the assessment of learning needs for teams based in India, primarily technical and software engineers
    • Help coordinate and deliver learning programs, workshops, and development sessions
    • Assist in building learning resources, guides, and training content (live and digital)
    • Partner with technical leaders to understand what skills and capabilities are most important
    • Research and recommend learning tools, platforms, and technical training resources
    • Track participation and feedback to help measure learning effectiveness and improve future sessions
    • Align India learning initiatives with global talent development strategy

    • Onboarding & Live Event Facilitation
    • Help coordinate and run onboarding sessions for new hires in the India office and other live events
    • Support scheduling, logistics, communications, and facilitation for live events
    • Ensure new hires have a smooth and welcoming experience during their first weeks

    • Employee Engagement & Office Experience
    • Support and help execute employee engagement initiatives (events, town halls, recognition, etc.)
    • Build relationships across the office and serve as a friendly, visible HR presence
    • Gather feedback from associates and help identify opportunities to improve employee experience
    • Assist in executing communication plans and updates related to people programs and office initiatives

    • Project & Stakeholder Collaboration
    • Build strong relationships with leaders and managers across the India team
    • Translate business and technical priorities into development initiatives
    • Manage assigned projects end-to-end with guidance and support from HR leadership
    • Coordinate across stakeholders (HR, leaders, operations, and employees) to ensure successful execution
    • Maintain organized documentation, timelines, and program updates

Required Qualifications

    • 5+ years of experience in Talent Development, Learning & Development, HR Business Partnering, or Employee Engagement
    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience preferred
    • Experience supporting technical or engineering teams in a fast-paced or growing organization
    • Experience managing projects independently from planning through execution
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to facilitate or co-facilitate group sessions
