What You'll Be Doing

Learning & Development

  • Design, coordinate and implement internal and external learning initiatives.
  • Conduct training needs analyses and identify competency gaps.
  • Partner with managers to develop employee capability.
  • Develop annual training plans aligned to business objectives.
  • Coordinate onboarding and induction programmes that create an exceptional employee experience.
  • Measure training effectiveness and Return on Investment (ROI).

Digital Learning & Learning Management Systems

  • Develop engaging learning content for the Learning Management System (LMS).
  • Create innovative e-learning experiences using storytelling, gamification and interactive learning techniques.
  • Analyse learner engagement and LMS analytics to improve learning outcomes.
  • Continuously enhance digital learning content and user experience.

Organisational Development

  • Support a culture of continuous learning and high performance.
  • Promote lifelong learning across the organisation.
  • Build partnerships with universities and external learning providers.
  • Recommend innovative learning solutions aligned with future skills requirements.

Employee Engagement & Employer Brand

  • Develop engaging learning and development content for internal communication and social media.
  • Monitor learning trends and recommend innovative approaches.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives that strengthen organisational culture.

Desired Experience & Qualification

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Learning & Development or Training & Development.

Experience

You will ideally have experience in:
