Kia ora.  We’re Foodies.  You know New World, PAK’nSAVE and Four Square right?  That’s us!  With 300+ stores and over 24,000 Foodies across Te Ika-a-Maui, our North Island Co-op has the privilege of helping New Zealanders get more out of life.  Locally owned, we reflect the communities we serve, and we celebrate our people - our taonga, every day for being uniquely them.

At Foodstuffs North Island, our Co‑op is built on people – those we serve and those who make it all happen. We’re passionate about creating a workplace where everyone belongs, can thrive, and sees a future for themselves here.

·       Advise and deliver on high performing talent development initiatives and refine and create metrics of success to strengthen our talent pipeline.
·       Work collaboratively with our Programme Managers to ensure consistency of approach, models and methodologies are built into and adopted in our Support Centre initiatives.
