Conduct user research and gather feedback to improve the usability and accessibility of learning platforms.
Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual design elements that align with L&D objectives and user needs.
Project Tracking and Management
Monitor and track the progress of ongoing L&D projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
Regularly update stakeholders on project progress and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.
Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement
Work closely with the L&D team, content creators, and technical support to troubleshoot issues and ensure platform stability.
Serve as the primary point of contact for platform-related queries, updates, and feedback from users.
Data Analysis and Reporting
Use data analytics to track platform usage, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvement.
Generate regular reports on platform performance, user engagement, and project status for L&D leadership.
