Work closely with the HR Team to determine the different departments' recruitment needs/statuses and support recruitment discussions.
Headhunt and engage with candidates on LinkedIn or other sourcing platforms.
Screen CVs and interview candidates, as well as write evaluations about them.
Recruit for different roles across departments and locations.
Play an integral part in collecting and showcasing external salary benchmarking data and presenting it to the business.
Manage, maintain and improve our ATS (Personio) functions and workflow.
Assist in the writing, proofreading, and publishing of Job Descriptions on all platforms, including social media platforms and Job boards.
Maintain contact with candidates throughout the process and give timely feedback.
From time to time, support the HR team with onboarding initiatives and other HR activities.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Recruiter or in a similar role for at least 1 year, preferably in-house.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in English, both written and spoken. Any other language is a plus.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software.
