As Singapore’s longest established bank, we have been dedicated to enabling individuals and businesses to achieve their aspirations since 1932. How? By taking the time to truly understand people. From there, we provide support, services, solutions, and career paths that meet their individual needs and desires.
Today, we’re on a journey of transformation. Leveraging technology and creativity to become a future-ready learning organisation. But for all that change, our strategic ambition is consistently clear and bold, which is to be Asia’s leading financial services partner for a sustainable future.
We invite you to build the bank of the future. Innovate the way we deliver financial services. Work in friendly, supportive teams. Build lasting value in your community. Help people grow their assets, business, and investments. Take your learning as far as you can. Or simply enjoy a vibrant, future-ready career.
Your Opportunity Starts Here.
Join Group Human Resources – People Analytics & Engagement, where data, insights, and storytelling come together to strengthen how we engage, communicate, and connect with our people. As an HR Marketing & Communications Intern, you’ll play an active role in shaping internal communications, employer branding, and employee engagement initiatives—helping bring our people story to life through creative and impactful content.
You succeed by being creative, detail-oriented, and proactive. You’re curious about people and communications, enjoy crafting messages that resonate, and are comfortable working across multiple platforms and formats. By collaborating closely with stakeholders and managing your deliverables well, you’ll contribute to meaningful employee experiences and engagement outcomes.
Your responsibilities will include:
Employer Branding & Recruitment Marketing: Support messaging and positioning for recruitment advertisements and employer branding initiatives
Content Creation & Art Direction: Assist in art directing digital media content, including photography and videography
Social Media & Editorial Content: Plan, create, and publish content for blogs, social media platforms, and e‑newsletters
Digital Marketing & Content Management: Maintain and refresh content across websites, intranet, and social media channels
Employee Engagement & Events: Support the planning and execution of internal staff engagement events and initiatives
Ad-hoc Support: Assist with other HR marketing, communications, or project coordination tasks as required
