What you´ll do

• As part of the Employee Engagement & Culture Communications team within our Corporate Communications department, you will be responsible for further developing internal employee touchpoints and engagement formats with a focus on our company culture 
• Create engaging content n line with our global HR strategy for various internal channels, including our news portal and our internal social media platform, working closely with other teams (e.g. HR, external communications, digital communications) 
• Measure and evaluate our global initiatives and internal campaigns, supporting the team in enhancing our KPI-based reports and driving further progress in this field
• Support the communications around our 150th company anniversary and cooperate with other team members on projects related to our longstanding company history

What makes you a good fit

• University student with a focus on communications or journalism or studies related to business or politics 
• First experiences in the field of communications, journalism or marketing
• Fluent English language skills, German language skills are beneficial
• Analytical skills, reliability and good self-organization to handle projects independently
• Creative problem-solving skills and great attention to detail
• Availability for six months starting in March 2026

We offer you an attractive salary between €1.050-2.270 gross per month. The exact amount of the remuneration depends on the desired duration, the type of internship (voluntary or mandatory) and existing degrees.
