effective collaboration & compelling communications.
What you´ll do
- As part of the Employee Engagement and Culture Communications team, you will be responsible for further
developing internal employee touchpoints with a focus on our company’s
culture
- Measure and evaluate our global
initiatives and internal campaigns, supporting the team with our KPI-based
reports and driving further progress in this field
- Create engaging content for various
channels, including our own news portal and our internal social media
platform
- Support a project on the longstanding
history of Henkel on an organizational and operational level
What makes you a good fit
- University student with a focus on
communications or journalism or studies related to business or politics
- First experiences in the field of
communications, journalism or marketing
- Fluent English language skills, German
language skills are beneficial
- Analytical skills, reliability and good
self-organization to handle projects independently
- Creative problem-solving skills and great
attention to detail

We offer you
an attractive salary between €1.050-2.095 gross per month. The exact amount of
the remuneration depends on the desired duration, the type of internship
(voluntary or mandatory) and existing degrees.
