About the Role

As Timberline continues to grow, we’re expanding our Internal Sales & Customer Care team. In this role, you’ll be the friendly voice behind the Timberline brand — supporting customers, answering enquiries, and ensuring every interaction is professional, helpful, and positive.

You’ll work closely with both customers and internal teams to make sure orders run smoothly from quote to delivery.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Deliver a first-class customer experience across phone, email, and online enquiries
  • Process quote requests and sales orders accurately and efficiently
  • Provide reliable after-sales support, including freight follow-ups
  • Respond to incoming calls promptly
  • Be a valued part of a collaborative, high-performing internal sales team

  • Great communication skills and enjoy dealing with people
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in accurate work
  • A positive, solutions-focused mindset
  • The ability to stay organised in a fast-paced environment

Skills And Experiences

Experience & Skills

  • Previous experience in customer service or sales
  • Comfortable using ERP systems and Microsoft Excel
  • A willingness to learn and grow with the business
