We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Intern for Talent Coordination to support our recruitment processes. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring seamless operations, from maintaining our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to facilitating effective candidate engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Update the ATS with new job requirements and share them with the sourcing team.
  • Post job openings on relevant job boards and platforms.
  • Upload and maintain an up-to-date database of new candidates in the ATS.
  • Call shortlisted candidates to verify their skills, experience, and job compatibility, while updating relevant details in the ATS.
  • Manage the referral process, including soliciting referrals and handling bonus requests.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to optimize and enhance recruitment process.
