The Opportunity
As a Talent Acquisition Analytics Intern, you will be at the heart of Sattva’s hiring engine, leveraging data, automation, and visualization to drive efficiency and insight in our recruitment processes. This role is ideal for someone passionate about analytics, dashboarding, and operational excellence in talent acquisition.
You will work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to build, maintain, and optimize dashboards, automate reporting, and deliver actionable insights that improve hiring outcomes and candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment Analytics & Dashboarding (Primary Focus)
Build and maintain interactive dashboards using Google Looker Studio, Power BI, or similar tools to track key recruitment metrics and hiring trends.
Automate data collection, cleaning, and reporting processes using Excel/Google Sheets (formulas, macros, scripts).
Analyze recruitment data to identify bottlenecks, conversion rates, and process inefficiencies.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all candidate and hiring records.
Prepare and present weekly/monthly MIS reports for internal stakeholders.
2. Pipeline Management & Talent Research
Use sourcing databases and platforms to build and maintain candidate pipelines.
Conduct resume reviews and identify potential candidates based on role requirements and Sattva’s values.
Maintain structured talent pools and ensure data is up-to-date and accessible.
3.. Employer Branding Support
Stay updated on TA and HR analytics trends.
Partner with the Marketing team to contribute to campaigns that strengthen Sattva’s employer brand.
Provide data-backed insights on candidate engagement and sourcing performance.
Key Competencies
Data Visualization & Dashboarding: Proficiency in Google Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
Automation & Advanced Excel: Strong skills in Excel/Google Sheets (formulas, macros, scripting, automation).
Data Analysis & Synthesis: Ability to work with unstructured recruitment data, identify trends, and deliver actionable insights.
Stakeholder Management: Communicate insights and pipeline updates clearly with hiring teams.
Research Orientation: Aptitude for talent research, benchmarking, and market insights.
Problem Solving: Identify process challenges and propose data-backed improvements.
Collaboration: Work effectively within the TA team and cross-functional partners.
Qualifications & Experience
Pursuing or completed BBA/MBA/PGDM in Human Resources, or Bachelor’s/Master’s in Psychology, Statistics, Data Science, or related field.
Demonstrated interest in HR data, people analytics, or recruitment operations.
Hands-on experience with dashboards (Looker Studio, Power BI, Tableau), automation (Excel/Sheets), and recruitment metrics.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work with multiple stakeholders across levels.
