Interim Human Resources Director Opportunity:
- Leading the human resources department, developing, and implementing HR strategies aligned with the hospital's goals
- Interim Human Resources Director will ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations, and managing all aspects of the employee lifecycle
- Overseeing recruitment, compensation, benefits, performance management, training, and employee relations to foster a positive and productive work environment
Interim Human Resources Director Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Interim HR Director must have experience in healthcare, preferably hospital settings
- Leadership experience
