The Human Resources Manager is a vital role that supports our organization's commitment to fostering an engaging, inclusive, and productive work environment. The HR Manager will take the lead in creating strategies for effective staffing, employee relations, performance management, training development, benefits administration, and legal compliance. Job Summary
As our Human Resources Manager of Employee Experience, you will play an instrumental role in developing and expanding programs in alignment with our organizational mission and values. This role is pivotal in supporting the design and implementation of strategies to enhance the overall employee experience within the organization, aiming to improve engagement, retention, and overall employee satisfaction with an increased focus on creating a culture rooted in belonging. This position requires experienced candidates with a background in employee engagement, rewards and recognition programs, and diversity, equity, and inclusion. This function works closely with the Vice President of Human Resources and other key stakeholders in supporting of our goal to be an employer of choice in healthcare.

Base Pay Scale: Generally starting at $61.41 - $83.23 per hourThe salary of the finalist selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to, internal equity, experience, education, specialty and training. This pay scale is not a promise of a particular wage.
