A Day in the Life

Key Responsibilities
- Administer and analyze salary structures, compensation bands, and salary review processes.
- Participate in compensation market studies and benchmarking analyses.
- Support annual salary increase cycles, bonus programs, and incentive plans.
- Ensure compliance with internal compensation policies and applicable labor regulations.
- Partner with managers and business leaders on compensation decisions and job classification.
- Analyze compensation data and prepare reports to support strategic decision-making.
- Provide support across other HR processes including recruitment, performance management, employee relations, and training initiatives.

Required Skills
- Experience in compensation and benefits analysis.
- Strong data analysis skills with the ability to interpret compensation metrics and salary data.
- Knowledge of salary structures, job evaluation methodologies, and compensation frameworks.
- Experience using HRIS systems or data analysis tools.
- Advanced Excel skills and ability to generate analytical reports.

As a Compensation Analyst, you will collaborate with HR partners and business leaders to analyze market trends, evaluate compensation structures, and support the development of equitable and compliant pay practices aligned with our global mission.

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage and update salary scales.

  • Participate in salary surveys and market analysis.

  • Propose improvements to compensation schemes.

  • Manage and update compensation policies.

  • Ensure compliance with corporate and legal policies regarding compensation.

  • Provide guidance to leaders and employees on compensation practices.

  • Support internal and external audits related to payments and compensation.

  • Generate reports and analyses to support management decision-making.

  • Administer and analyze salary structures, compensation bands, and salary review processes.

  • Participate in compensation market studies and benchmarking analyses.

  • Ensure compliance with internal compensation policies and applicable labor regulations.

Required Knowledge and Experience: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

  • Minimum 3-5 years of Experience in compensation and benefits analysis.

  • Experience managing variable compensation schemes, incentives, salary market analysis, salary scales, and compensation structures.

  • Strong data analysis skills with the ability to interpret compensation metrics and salary data

  • Knowledge of salary structures, job evaluation methodologies, and compensation frameworks.

  • Experience using HRIS systems or data analysis tools.

  • Knowledge of labor regulations and compliance with internal policies.

  • Technical Skills

  • Advanced Excel skills and ability to generate analytical reports.

  • Experience using human resource management systems (e.g., Tress, Workday).

  • Intermediate-advanced English

  • Soft Skills

  • Critical analysis and attention to detail.

  • Effective communication with different levels of the organization.

  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Teamwork, collaboration, and interdepartmental collaboration.

  • Confidentiality and professional ethics.
