HOW YOU CAN CONTRIBUTE
Reporting to the Chief Financial and Operating Officer, The Director of Human Resources is a strategic and compliance-centered leader responsible for stewarding the development, implementation, and oversight of HR systems, policies, and processes. This role will ensure ETR’s full compliance with applicable employment laws, organizational policies, and evolving workforce needs while maintaining a people-centered approach. The Director will supervise the HR team, including contract and part-time staff, acting as a thought partner and support for their functions, while being accountable for the overall effectiveness and alignment of the HR function. This position is the primary organizational lead for HR compliance, employee relations, internal investigations, HR systems management, compensation strategy, policy development, and process improvement. This is a remote position and is open to anywhere in the United States.

Starting Pay Range: $136,400-166,700
annually.
The typical hiring range for this position is
$136,400
- $151,500
at 100% FTE. The starting salary is determined based on the candidate’s knowledge, skills, and experience.
