Job Summary:

RDG is seeking a strategic and experienced Human Resource Director to lead and manage the HR functions across its ESOP-owned subsidiaries including PMI, CVC, CVEP, and C.F. Acri. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the Human Resource Payroll team, ensuring compliance with HR policies and regulations, administering employee benefits, and managing ESOP and 401(k) plans. This role also includes oversight of workers compensation and fostering a positive and productive work environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the Human Resource Payroll team to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
  • Develop, implement, and maintain employee policies in alignment with company values and legal requirements.
  • Ensure HR compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.
  • Administer employee benefits programs including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
  • Oversee the management and administration of the ESOP and 401(k) plans.
  • Manage workers compensation claims and coordinate with insurance providers and legal counsel.
  • Provide strategic HR guidance to executive leadership and support organizational development.
  • Facilitate employee engagement initiatives and promote a culture of inclusion and performance.
  • Maintain HR records and systems, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Collaborate with subsidiary leadership to align HR practices across all entities.

Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR compliance, payroll systems, benefits administration, and ESOP/401(k) management.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across teams.
