The HR candidate must be a motivated self-starter with the ability to work efficiently. This role is spent working in-person inside our restaurant location. This individual will be required to participate in restaurant operations on a daily basis. This individual is an executive leader in the restaurant, and reports directly to the Owner/Operator and Executive Store Director.
Pay Type Range: $17-$20/hr
Position Type:
● Full-Time, 40 hours per week
● Must have open availability Monday-Saturday

Qualifications:
● Previous Chick-fil-A experience as a Director level is highly desired, but not required
● Prior Human Resources experience is required
● Administrative experience is preferred, but not required
● Must have flexible availability to work a changing schedule per the weekly needs of the restaurant
● Strong computer and iPad competency
● Must be able to meet the physical demands of the position which includes, but is not limited to, standing for up
to 9 hours and lifting up to 50 pounds
MUST HAVE AT LEAST AN ASSOCIATES DEGREE
Responsibilities:
● Serves as an assistant to the Owner/Operator and Executive Director, responsible for business and administrative tasks including, but not limited to:
○ Managing schedules and calendars
○ Serving as the point of contact for the store’s email, handling all customer concerns and feedback
○ Answering the phone while in office
○ Attending and taking notes during leadership meetings
○ Assisting with payroll as needed
○ Assisting with processing invoices and payments as needed
○ Maintaining stock and ordering restaurant and office supplies
○ Coordinating restaurant delivery vehicle care and maintenance
● Handles most aspect of Human Resources, including, but not limited to the following tasks:
○ Schedules and oversees the Orientation Program, enthusiastically presents information to new
employees
○ Conducts In-Person Team Member and Leadership interviews with candidates
○ Manages the on-boarding system, equips new Team Members with new hire materials and paperwork, tracks completion, and handles all employee documentation.
○ Serves as a representative at local job fairs and other recruitment events
