SUMMARY OF DUTIES: The Human Resource Director will plan, lead, direct, develop, and coordinate the policies, activities, and staff of the Human Resource (HR) department, ensuring legal compliance and implementation of the organization's mission and talent strategy. The HR Director plays a pivotal role in shaping and executing the human resources strategy to support the organization's operational goals. This position is responsible for overseeing all HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor laws specific to a diversified business portfolio. The HR Director will lead initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture that promotes safety, diversity, and employee engagement across multiple locations. They will collaborate closely with senior leadership to align HR practices with business objectives, ensuring workforce readiness and adaptability in a dynamic industry environment. Ultimately, the HR Director ensures that the company attracts, develops, and retains top talent while maintaining regulatory compliance and operational excellence.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
