We are seeking an innovative Human Resources Director to lead strategic people initiatives that strengthen performance, support clinical excellence, and drive organizational growth.


Position Overview

The HR Director serves as a strategic partner and culture leader, responsible for building scalable HR systems, supporting workforce development, and ensuring compliance across our behavioral health programs. This role is ideal for a systems thinker who thrives in mission‑driven environments and is motivated by measurable outcomes and organizational transformation.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead workforce planning and develop scalable strategies that support program and organization expansion.
  • Strengthen culture, engagement, and trauma‑informed workplace practices to support staff wellness.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, behavioral health regulations, accreditation requirements (CARF), and internal policies.
  • Build learning and development systems that improve clinical and non‑clinical competency.
  • Implement a continuous performance management framework with clear metrics and dashboards.
  • Design competitive compensation and benefits strategies that support attraction and retention.
  • Advance DEI initiatives that improve equity, representation, and culturally responsive practices.
  • Drive measurable reductions in workplace injuries and enhance Workers’ Compensation outcomes.
  • Lead leave management (FMLA, ADA, state leave) and build consistent, supportive systems that balance employee needs with operational requirements.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
  • 7+ years of progressive HR leadership (behavioral health or healthcare strongly preferred).
  • SPHR/SHRM‑SCP preferred.
  • Experience building HR infrastructure in a growing organization.
  • Strong understanding of behavioral health compliance, workforce challenges, and accreditation.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead through collaboration and data‑driven decision‑making.
  • Commitment to wellness, equity, trauma‑informed supervision, and employee‑centered practices.

Our services have expanded over the years to include paraprofessional support, behavioral health intervention, early intervention programs, psychological assessments, individual and family therapy, intensive home-based services, therapeutic foster care, and parent training.
