HR Leadership & Strategy

C.C. Creations is seeking an experienced and strategic Human Resources Director to assist in the planning, development, and execution of human resources policies, programs, and services. This leadership role will encompass all facets of HR, including employee relations, recruitment, compensation and benefits, professional development, performance management, and compliance with HR laws and regulations.

The Human Resources Director will be responsible for interpreting and administering HR policies and aligning HR initiatives with the company’s mission, values, and overall strategic goals. This is a key leadership position requiring a balance of strategic insight and hands-on execution within a manufacturing environment.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Direct and manage all HR functions to support organizational effectiveness.

  • Develop and implement HR strategies that promote employee engagement, performance, and retention.

  • Provide expert guidance to leadership and staff on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.

  • Ensure legal and regulatory compliance in all HR practices.

  • Drive recruitment and talent acquisition strategies to meet workforce needs.

  • Oversee employee development, coaching, and performance management programs.

  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, inclusion, and collaboration.

  • Lead and support HR-related projects and initiatives across the organization.

  • Manage and mentor the HR team to ensure alignment and execution of HR objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Minimum of 8 years of progressively responsible experience in Human Resources management.

  • At least 5 years of experience supervising HR professionals.

  • Experience managing all HR functions in a manufacturing environment is required.

  • SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification is preferred.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems (ADP preferred).
