As we continue to scale globally, we are looking for an exceptional HRBP & Employer Branding / Employee Experience Manager to join our winning HR team.
If you are a passionate, strategic, and hands-on HR professional who thrives in a dynamic environment, we want you with us to help shape our culture and support our business growth.
Key Requirements:
- 5+ years of proven experience as an HRBP – Must.
- Experience working in global companies – Must.
- Prior leadership experience as a Team Lead or Manager within an HR department.
- 5+ years of experience leading Employee Experience, Employer Branding, and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR/Community outreach) activities.
- Proven track record in designing, executing, and implementing complex, cross-organizational HR processes.
- Hands-on experience working with HiBob HRIS.
- Experience managing Office Managers – A significant advantage.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
