THE ROLE 

HR Business Partner 

Permanent 

Onsite 5 days a week

The group also has an extensive portfolio of real estate, property development, hospitality, education, retirement, private equity and debt assets and invests in some of the fastest growing and most vibrant economies in Australia, New Zealand, Malaysia and the UK  

We’re looking for a commercially minded HR Business Partner to drive performance, capability uplift and leadership effectiveness across the business. This is a hands-on, strategic role where you’ll partner with leaders to embed high-performance practices, strengthen capability frameworks, and enable our people to do their best work. 

Key responsibilities will include but not limited to 

  • Partner with leaders to drive performance outcomes and accountability across teams 

  • Design and embed performance frameworks, goal setting and review processes 

  • Lead initiatives that uplift leadership capability and team effectiveness 

  • Translate business strategy into practical people initiatives and tools 

  • Identify capability gaps and deliver targeted learning and development solutions 

  • Support leaders through performance conversations, coaching and feedback 

  • Use insights and data to inform people decisions and continuous improvement 

  • Drive adoption of AI-enabled solutions to transform people operations and improve service delivery 

YOUR BACKGROUND 

  • Strong background in a HR Business Partner, People Partner or performance-focused role 

  • Strong capability in performance management, coaching and leadership development 

  • Commercial mindset with the ability to link people initiatives to business outcomes 

  • Confidence influencing and partnering with senior stakeholders 

  • Ability to implement fit-for-purpose frameworks (practical, not over-engineered) 

  • Demonstrated capability in adopting AI-enabled solutions to improve service delivery and modernise people operations would be highly desirable  

  • Data-led approach to diagnosing issues and measuring impact
