The Opportunity
When you join PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs), you step into a pivotal role focused on actively supporting various Acceleration Center services, from Advisory to Assurance, Tax and Business Services. In our innovative hubs, you’ll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. You’ll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.
As part of the Talent and Development team you are responsible for planning and executing engaging employee initiatives that foster a vibrant workplace culture. As a Senior Associate, you guide the development of recognition programs and internal communications that enhance employee engagement and retention. This role offers the chance to make a significant impact on team dynamics while navigating the complexities of the BPO sector and supporting a diverse workforce.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement employee engagement strategies and programs
- Analyze employee feedback to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with leadership to enhance workplace culture and morale
- Conduct surveys and focus groups to gather employee insights
- Provide recommendations based on data analysis to drive engagement
- Facilitate training sessions on engagement initiatives and practices
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of engagement strategies
- Foster sturdy relationships with employees to promote open communication
What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree
- 4 years of experience in HR or employee engagement
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
