We are currently recruiting an HR Specialist (Recruitment and Staff Experience) for a full time opportunity on our HR team.
This will be a contract position until August 2027.
This role contributes to Kindred’s external talent strategy through: articulating and promoting Kindred’s employer brand and value proposition; developing Kindred’s capabilities and partnerships in sourcing a wide and diverse talent pool; coordinating best-in-class recruitment activities and an onboarding process that promotes inclusion, belonging and supports retention. In addition, this role will deliver Kindred’s internal talent strategy by supporting current team members and leaders through talent development and a supportive employee experience.
