DescriptionPRIMARY DUTIES:
Growth: Talent & Leadership Development
- Design, facilitate, and maintain onboarding, orientation, and continuous learning programs
- Conduct training needs assessments and support capability building initiatives
- Evaluate training outcomes and report progress to leadership
- Support supervisors in effective performance management practices
- Maintain updated and relevant training materials and resources
Readiness: Compliance & Organizational Preparedness
- Support employee compliance with federal, state, and HRSA requirements
- Coordinate mandatory compliance training (HIPAA, OSHA, anti‑harassment)
- Partner with Compliance & Risk Management to ensure regulatory alignment
- Stay current with HR policy and regulatory changes; recommend updates
Organizational Well‑being: Culture, Engagement & Internal Communications
- Plan and execute employee engagement programs, appreciation events, and team building activities
- Support culture building initiatives and organizational feedback loops
- Manage and deliver internal HR communications in coordination with Marketing/Communications
- Promote transparency and consistency in HR related messaging
Workforce Effectiveness: Program Support & Continuous Improvement
- Support cross‑functional HR initiatives and special organizational projects
- Apply continuous improvement practices to HR processes and employee experience
- Stay up to date with trends in HR technology, learning, and culture strategies
- Perform additional responsibilities that support organizational and HR goals
OTHER DUTIES:
- Assist with HR and operational projects as needed
- Stay current with HR technology trends, regulatory changes, and best practices

REPORTS TO: Director of Human Resources
POSITION SUMMARY:
In this GROW role (HR People Development & Engagement Coordinator), you will advance the organization’s Growth, Readiness, Organizational Well‑being, and overall effectiveness by coordinating strategic training initiatives, strengthening employee engagement, and supporting leaders in developing a healthy and high performing culture.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in HR, training, employee engagement, or compliance
- Proficient in HR Software and Microsoft Office Suite
- HR certification (PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus
SKILLS:
- Knowledge of training and development frameworks (adult learning, change management)
- Strong communication and internal messaging skills
- Experience with learning management systems (LMS)
- Event and program coordination
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Cross‑team collaboration and relationship‑building
- High attention to detail and organized workflow
- Innovative and proactive problem‑solver

- Possess a valid Texas driver’s license and appropriate liability insurance
